Job summary
Edgewood Properties Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech III for its multi-family portfolio based in New Brunswick, NJ.
The candidate will perform full-spectrum maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and building envelope work, with responsibilities for supervising on-site staff when the Manager is off-site. The role requires 3+ years of industry experience, a valid driver’s license, EPA Type I & II technician certifications, and experience with Real Page software and
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Real Page or similar property management software experience (min 5 years).
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance staff on site in absence of Manager.
- Maintain HVAC systems, boilers, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry and drywall.
- Inspect and repair building envelope components and building systems.
- Ensure safety, compliance and resident satisfaction in daily operations.
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and manage inventory.
- Respond to resident requests and coordinate with supervisors as needed.
