HomeRise is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for Mission Bay, San Francisco. You will handle ongoing maintenance, implement preventive plans, and report to the Maintenance Supervisor. The role requires strong multi-property experience and a passion for supporting residents.

Salary is competitive, with comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, and training opportunities. Monday–Friday schedule with a 8 am–4 pm shift and union affiliation under SEIU 1021.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience in multi-family/multi-unit properties.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Technical skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, floor care or pest control.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety procedures as directed by supervisor.
• Perform basic maintenance duties on multiple properties with supervision.
• Repair/replace plumbing fixtures and electrical components.
• Repair/replace doors/windows and related hardware.
• Complete daily work reports and track work orders.
• Assist with large-scale projects and cover short-term absences.
