Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to oversee electrical and mechanical systems across the distribution facility. You will lead troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and coaching of technicians to ensure high equipment availability.

You will work with PLCs, robotics, conveyors, and MHE control systems, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with site leadership to optimize safety and efficiency. This is a night shift (Fri-Sun, 5:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m.).

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in Mechanical or Electrical maintenance in a distribution center environment.
• Familiarity with wiring diagrams, electrical measuring, and NEC/MHE safety standards.
• Experience with automated conveyors, robotics, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical aspects of MHE (conveyors, sortation, robotics, AS/RS).
• Troubleshoot PLC programs, drives, I/O, sensors, and field buses; calibrate control components.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures.
