Job summary

• Strong proficiency in 2-3 trades and ability to teach/lead other staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and building projects as part of Sites and Facilities.
• Supervise and coordinate summer and winter staff assigned to maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safe, reliable operation and upkeep of property infrastructure.
• Work with the site and facilities superintendent on project planning and execution.
• Maintain records of work performed and items maintained.
