Job summary

Youth-focused nonprofit Young Life seeks a Maintenance Tech II for building projects at Antelope, OR. You will supervise staff, operate and maintain camp facilities, and support daily maintenance tasks to support program activities.

Candidates should have basic knowledge of tools, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn multiple trades. This role requires hands-on work on site and collaboration with a Camp Manager and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to supervise people and tasks.
• General knowledge of multiple plant systems.
• Physically able to perform field work.

Responsibilities

• Offer leadership and direction to workers assigned to you.
• Maintain operating records as required by the site and facilities superintendent.
• Operate and maintain camp property per supervisor instructions.
• Work with staff to meet program goals and ensure safe operations.
