Job summary

The Glen Scripps Ranch is seeking a Maintenance Tech III (HVAC) to maintain, repair, and install electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems across the community. The role involves handling equipment such as boilers, air handling units, cooling systems, and related components with a focus on reliability and safety.

Ideal candidates will have at least five years of hands-on experience in complex facilities, strong troubleshooting abilities, and proficiency with reading electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems in complex commercial/industrial settings.
• Experience with boilers, HVAC, burners, and related equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Knowledge of state and national electric codes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install electrical, HVAC, and plumbing equipment.
• Collaborate with onsite construction contractor and supervisor.
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on equipment.
• Provide direction and hands-on training to co-workers.
• Meet response time targets and assist with turnovers and other maintenance tasks.
