Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Senior Maintenance Tech for daytime 4x10 shifts in Jonesville, SC. Work hours are 5:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Thursday, with potential flexing as the team scales.

You will be the senior member of the plant's maintenance team, focusing on safety, mentoring, and maximizing equipment uptime. Lead by example, stop and seek help when unsure, and drive maintenance excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical program in Industrial or Mechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, Automation, HVAC, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, etc.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles; military exceptions may apply.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Eaton safety policies and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Operations Team through clear communication and adaptability.
• Mentor junior maintenance team members and share knowledge for continuous improvement.
• Complete equipment installations, refurbishments, and coordinate work with internal/external resources.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to guide work.
• Perform industrial electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical tasks, PMs, and root cause analysis.
