Job summary

Eaton in Jonesville, SC is hiring an EHS Technician - Daylight (4x10's) to join a brand new team. This entry-level role offers exposure to plant startup, planning, and execution within a growing facility.

The position runs 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with a sign-on bonus of $1,000 and an hourly wage range of $32.50–$43.20. You will support environmental, health, and safety programs and help drive a Zero Incident Safety Culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of safety related or leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans accepted.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of the work location only.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of environmental, health, and safety programs.
• Assist with EHS training programs to ensure employee awareness and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in EHS committees and safety improvement initiatives.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve EHS concerns, hazards, and compliance issues.
• Maintain training, inspection, and compliance records.
• Provide EHS support for capital projects, process changes, and daily plant operations.
• Support ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and MESH requirements.
