Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 on a Daylight 4x10's schedule in Jonesville, SC. The role focuses on safe maintenance, improving equipment uptime, and driving efficiency. The team works 4x10 shifts starting 5 am, with potential schedule flexibility as we grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing, facilities, or industrial maintenance or an associate degree with 4 years in related field.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or other visa plans.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to Eaton safety policies and actively contribute to safety culture.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Operations Team and stay adaptable to changes.
• Mentor and train junior maintenance staff to drive continuous improvement.
• Complete equipment installations, refurbishments, and coordinate with internal/external resources.
• Read and understand manuals, schematics, blueprints, and drawings.
• Perform electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical work across the plant.
• Complete preventative maintenance, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
