Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for a Marshall, MO manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize plant and production equipment on multiple shifts, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems.

You’ll work independently within a strong maintenance team, supporting continuous improvement and equipment reliability in a high-volume environment. The role requires hands-on expertise and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, rebuild, install, replace, and test components on plant and production equipment.
• Independently diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related equipment issues.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, rebuild, install, replace, and test components on plant and production equipment.
• Independently diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related equipment issues.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, sensors, switches, relays, VFDs, and other electrical components.
• Weld, fabricate, modify, and repair equipment and components as needed.
• Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential problems before downtime.
