Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician in Merrimack, NH to maintain and troubleshoot our complex production machinery, ensuring equipment runs efficiently to meet production needs. The role involves hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and improvements to maintenance programs.

The candidate will lead and guide other technicians, utilize CMMS systems, and contribute to safety and reliability across operations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Technical or vocational certificate is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of equipment maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems daily.
Sustain and improve the Preventative Maintenance Program on all processing equipment.
Determine type of repairs, approve modifications and analyze results to evaluate performance.
Develop or improve techniques to meet quality, function and cost standards.
Direct activities and provide technical guidance to less senior technicians.
