Job summary

Adecco is seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturing facility in Keene, NH. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to maximize uptime and safety.

The successful candidate will bring strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on CNC machines and automated equipment, diagnosing failures via schematics and blueprints,

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Technical degree or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years in industrial maintenance in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, automated equipment, and production machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Diagnose equipment failures and determine root causes using schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
Repair or replace motors, bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, sensors, switches, relays, and other components.
