Job summary

Heritage Properties seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to uphold the safety and functionality of our apartment communities. You will respond to repair requests, perform inspections, and coordinate with managers, leasing agents, and fellow techs to keep properties in top condition.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, plus the ability to complete work orders promptly and communicate professionally with residents

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and general maintenance.
• Ability to complete work orders within 24–48 hours and coordinate turnovers quickly.
• Strong communication skills with residents, colleagues and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Address repair requests and perform routine inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across buildings.
• Complete apartment turnovers within 7 days of move-out, including painting and repairs.
• Communicate professionally with residents and team members.
