Clasen Quality Coatings, Inc. in Sparks, NV is seeking a Maintenance Technician to design, maintain and repair advanced production equipment at our state‑of‑the‑art facility. The role spans mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and requires hands‑on expertise.

The 12‑hour shift runs 4:55pm–5:25am, Wed–Fri with alternating Saturdays. Starting pay is $41–$50 per hour with a $3.20 night shift differential.

Qualifications

• Two-year maintenance degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in maintenance, or a high school diploma with 5 years of related experience.
• Advanced PC knowledge and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs manufacturing equipment.
• Designs and troubleshoots fluid power, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Leads Capital project execution.
• Sets up and operates machine tools to repair or fabricate parts.
• Attends safety and team meetings; trains others as needed.
