Job summary

Alfa Laval Corporate AB is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep facilities running safely and efficiently in Tulsa and Broken Arrow, OK. You will perform preventive maintenance, assist senior technicians, and follow Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures to maintain a safe workplace.

Role involves operating heavy equipment, welding and fabrication as needed, and collaborating with multiple trades. A High School diploma or GED and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by performing preventive maintenance.
• Assist senior Technicians with troubleshooting by following diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specifications.
• Apply correct methods and practices in preventive maintenance, inspection, repair, and minor construction of buildings and utilities.
• Support Maintenance Technician II, Team Lead and Manager when additional support is needed.
• Use proper Lock-Out Tag-Out processes and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Notify management and/or the HS&E specialist of any safety risks or repairs required.
• Provide necessary materials to various workstations and locations to support ongoing operations.
• Understand and clarify work plans to complete assignments with high quality and timeliness.
• Select and safely use a variety of hand, power, and specialty tools for maintenance tasks.
• Assist senior technicians, when necessary, to ensure team success.
• Identify and recommend replacements or improvements when performing preventative maintenance and repairs.
