The role oversees planning, budgeting, and supervision of a multi-discipline team in a manufacturing setting. The position requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance with strong mechanical, electrical, and control systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance.
• Previous management experience.
• Technical capability and understanding of mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance staff in safe repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain budget disciplines to control costs and improve profitability.
• Promote inter- and intra-department communication and teamwork.
• Develop and sustain a robust planned and predictive maintenance schedule.
• Manage spare parts inventories and relationships with contractors/service providers.
• Provide emergency on‑call support and oversee payroll-related activities.
