Job description

Responsibilities

• Direct workers in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment.
• Oversee job execution in a multi‑craft environment, ensuring technical accuracy and high standards.
• Provide employee training on procedures and safety practices, promoting compliance and risk reduction.
• Oversee daily schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate maintenance projects for efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive technical training, including high school education supplemented by apprenticeship/applied trades or a two‑year associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Skilled in integrating automated equipment with Siemens PLCs for process control and monitoring.
• Experience supervising and directing a manufacturing maintenance team.
• Hands‑on experience across technical disciplines, including industrial electrical (3‑phase), controls, mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, mathematics, and skilled use of hand tools such as welding, machining, and cutting.

Salary

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 + Bonus
