Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor in Minnesota to oversee daily upkeep, preventive maintenance, and emergency response across properties. You will manage work orders, inventory, and purchasing while ensuring safety, code compliance, and resident satisfaction.

The role includes supervising team members and coordinating with management for property performance and improvements. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of onsite supervisory maintenance experience, strong English

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; CRMT certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; clear written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily maintenance operations, repairs, turnovers, and preventive maintenance.
• Manages digital work orders, inventory, and purchasing; ensures safety and compliance.
• Maintains plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and major building systems.
• Performs groundkeeping, snow removal, and pool care as needed.
• Inspects properties, documents issues, and coordinates with managers.
• Travels to properties; participates in on-call emergency coverage.
