Job summary

KBR is seeking an Engineer Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance for the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program- Philippines. Initial training in Jacksonville, FL, followed by assignment in Subic Bay, Philippines.

You will supervise mechanics, coordinate maintenance plans, and ensure compliance with DoD policies while maintaining equipment readiness. The role requires a strong supervisory background in mechanical maintenance, the ability to obtain necessary security clearances, and willingness

Qualifications

• Associate degree or BS in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 10 years of maintenance and logistics experience with 5 years in supervisory roles.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a work visa and Alien Employment Permit for the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute and supervise maintenance of MCPP-PHIL equipment.
• Maintain maintenance program per contract SOW and Marine Corps policies.
• Oversee readiness, shop organization, and maintenance asset control.
• Ensure mechanics are trained and enforce safety regulations.
• Manage work sequencing to optimize equipment use and personnel.
