Job summary

KBR Careers seeks an Engineer Maintenance Supervisor for the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program – Philippines, with initial training in Jacksonville, FL and follow-on CRC training for Subic Bay, Philippines. The role leads mechanics in maintenance, repairs and readiness of military equipment under contract terms.

The position requires a senior level of experience with maintenance and logistics in engineering equipment, plus security clearances and eligibility for U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must have US citizenship and be able to obtain/maintain DoD secret security clearance.
• Must possess a valid state Driver's License and be able to obtain a U.S. Passport.
• FBI background check required and able to obtain work visa and Alien Employment Permit for the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a maintenance program following the contract SOW and Marine Corps policy.
• Supervise engineering mechanics repairing, adjusting, servicing, and storing motor vehicles.
• Oversee equipment readiness, maintenance shop organization, and control of maintenance assets; review invoices and requisitions.
