Job summary

JBS Foods is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent for the Omaha, NE beef plant. You will supervise teams responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing plant equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure optimal operation.

The role requires extensive maintenance management experience in a large industrial setting, strong knowledge of electrical systems and process controls, and the ability to manage budgets and capital projects while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance management within a regulated industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, piping, welding, and instrumentation.
• Ability to develop and manage maintenance budgets and KPI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work on mechanical equipment, facilities, and plant systems.
• Direct maintenance operations to maximize asset return and minimize downtime.
