Job summary

Kraton Polymers LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor/Planner for our Jacksonville, FL operations. The role oversees maintenance crews, schedules work, and ensures safety, quality, and efficiency in daily activities.

Qualifications include 2-5 years of supervisory experience in chemical manufacturing, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CMMS, MS Office, and SAP. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s preferred and CMRT/CMRP certification a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisor experience in chemical manufacturing or related industries.
• Leading and supervising personnel, planning and organizing activities.
• Experience using CMMS, MS Office, and SAP.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Results oriented with a demonstrated track record.
• Familiarity with root cause incident investigation and prevention programs.
• Basic knowledge of environmental rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises, and assigns maintenance work and schedules.
• Monitors progress of ongoing work.
• Inputs and/or assigns emergency work orders from Operations.
• Provides managerial oversight to direct reports on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensures work is planned safely; ensures tools and materials available.
• Reports daily status and coordinates safety programs.
• Solicits improvements and updates work plans based on feedback.
