Job summary

Kraton Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Florida location to plan, supervise, and optimize daily maintenance activities across chemical manufacturing facilities. You will coordinate with the Maintenance Coordinator, ensure safe execution, and manage direct reports to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

The role requires 2-5 years of supervisory experience, familiarity with CMMS, SAP, and MS Office, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisor experience in chemical manufacturing or related industries.
• Leading and supervising personnel, planning and organizing activities
• Practical usage of IT enablers (CMMS) such as MS Office and SAP
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Results oriented and demonstrated track record
• Familiarity with root cause incident investigation, mitigation and prevention programs
• Basic knowledge of applicable environmental rules and regulations

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises, and assigns maintenance work for the daily schedule, coordinating with the Maintenance Coordinator.
• Monitors continuation of work in progress and tracks status.
• Provides managerial oversight to direct reports including safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensures jobs are planned and performed safely, with available tools and materials.
• Maintains open communications with Operations and coordinates training with craft.
