Job summary

Christopher Community, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Superintendent at Community View Apartments in Morrisville, NY. You’ll lead maintenance operations, supervise staff, and coordinate with the Property Manager to keep buildings safe and well maintained.

The role features a 35-hour work week, paid time off, holidays, a 403(b) retirement plan, and employer contributions to medical/dental/vision/life insurance. On-call duties are required every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2–5 years related maintenance experience.
• Valid NYS driver's license and a registered vehicle.
• Must be able to work on-call every other weekend within 30-minute range.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling maintenance and supervise outside contractors.
• Maintain maintenance manual and logs.
• Perform daily inspections and repairs of systems.
• Oversee grounds maintenance and contractor management.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on tenant service requests.
• Fill in for other staff as needed.
