Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Carbon Fiber and Composites, Inc. in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities across a 24/7 operation.

You will plan, schedule, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective work to keep production running safely and efficiently. The role requires a minimum of five years in industrial maintenance with prior supervision, strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; associate or technical training preferred.
• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience with supervision.
• Experience with continuous/24/7 manufacturing operations preferred.
• Must be able to wear full-face respirators and SCBAs.
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and mechanical drawings; PLC inputs/outputs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of maintenance personnel.
• Plan, prioritize, schedule, and monitor preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Coordinate downtime with Production and Engineering to minimize disruption.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety, procedures, and quality standards; exercise Stop Work Authority when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in CMMS and monitor metrics for improvement.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff and ensure proper training.
• Lead troubleshooting during equipment failures and critical events.
