We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations on the West/East Coast of North America (delete as applicable). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance staff, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure effective and efficient maintenance activities.
2. Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
3. Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance on equipment, machinery, and systems as per schedules.
4. Perform repairs to restore faulty equipment or systems.
5. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, identifying root causes.
6. Conduct inspections and evaluations of equipment, machinery, and facilities to assess condition and identify improvements.
7. Ensure maintenance activities meet safety, quality, and environmental standards through audits and reviews.
8. Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and generate reports with recommendations.
9. Order parts and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
10. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
11. Adhere to safety protocols during maintenance and repairs.
12. Collaborate with team members for timely task completion.
13. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding maintenance needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Extensive maintenance and repair experience, with knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
