Opportunity: Senior Maintenance Supervisor - Denver, CO

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with on-call rotation

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Jasper Towers, a 508-unit community. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth in property management.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate activities of employees and outside contractors for building maintenance and groundskeeping.
2. Obtain bids from contractors, analyze, and submit for approval.
3. Order supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors.
4. Coordinate and inspect work performed by outside vendors for quality and compliance.
5. Inspect facilities and equipment to determine service needs and requirements.
6. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet schedules.
7. Suggest operational improvements to increase efficiency.
8. Assist in planning and administering the maintenance budget.
9. Participate in after-hours and emergency coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of property management maintenance experience on properties with 350+ units.
• Required certifications: CPO, EPA, HVAC.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all trades.
• Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills.
• Previous supervisory experience is essential.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Availability for weekends and overtime as required.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $35.00 - $40.00/hour. Benefits include 401(k) match, rental incentives, bonuses, rental discounts, medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits. Sick leave is provided per law.
