Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, PLCs, Pneumatics and Hydraulics, Injection Molding preferably in the Packaging Industry.
• Leadership experience in operations, maintenance, engineering and/or process improvement roles.
• Previous experience working in a Lean environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and issues work orders for equipment modifications and maintenance.
• Tracks and improves machine downtime and reliability.
• Monitors and reviews Maintenance budget monthly.
