Hollingsworth & Vose in Hawkinsville, GA seeks a senior operations leader to guide maintenance, reliability, facilities, and capital engineering for safe, compliant, and cost-effective plant performance. You will lead maintenance teams, set asset-management strategies, and ensure plans are met.

The role requires a strong background in maintenance planning, budgeting, RCFA/RCM, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce downtime and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; relevant experience considered.
• 7+ years in maintenance, engineering, or reliability in a continuous-process setting with leadership.
• Experience in maintenance planning, reliability improvement, capital projects, RCFA/RCM, and budgeting.
• Pulp and paper or comparable process industry background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance, reliability, facilities, and capital engineering programs aligned with plant priorities.
• Establish safe work practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
• Lead planning, scheduling, shutdown prep, and coordination with Operations.
• Monitor PM and schedule KPIs, backlog, downtime, and maintenance costs using CMMS data.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring downtime events.
• Manage maintenance budget, contractor costs, and spare-parts strategy.
• Ensure asset coverage with proper plans, drawings, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, waste reduction, cost saving).
• Oversee capital projects from scope to closeout and provide technical leadership across electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical systems.
• Develop team capability through coaching, training, and performance management.
