Job summary

Summit Midstream Corporation, headquartered in Houston, TX, seeks a Senior Manager - Maintenance & Reliability to lead strategic maintenance programs across our assets. You will drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, asset integrity, and safe operations, while guiding the Maximo-based EAM implementation and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, or asset management.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with accountability for multi-disciplinary teams and enterprise programs.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging EAM/EAM systems (preferably Maximo) to drive maintenance and reliability performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies to improve asset availability and lifecycle performance.
• Establish reliability programs focused on criticality analysis, failure elimination, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with regulatory, safety, and asset integrity requirements.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to minimize unplanned downtime and support safe, reliable operations.
• Provide leadership to the EAM System Manager – Maximo and align maintenance processes with enterprise system capabilities.
