Job summary

Workspaceplus is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Thorp, WI to lead and optimize maintenance operations across facilities, equipment, and production assets. You will oversee a team, manage CMMS, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain to drive reliability and uptime.

This role emphasizes safety, process improvement, and cost control, with a focus on preventive and predictive maintenance, downtime reduction, and effective spare parts management.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 7–10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing; leadership experience required.
• Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee maintenance activities to support production schedules and equipment reliability.
• Maintain and administer CMMS including work orders, preventive maintenance, downtime tracking, and inventory management.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and reduce downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance with production and department leaders to minimize disruptions.
• Lead downtime events and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and support purchasing and inventory control.
• Support startup, commissioning, and maintenance readiness for new equipment and capital projects.
