Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, Business or related field or Equivalent work experience of 8+ years.
• 5+ years of Maintenance leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems using formal techniques and failures.
• Experience with CMMS system.
• Experience in Manufacturing, food processing, or related field.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and refrigeration and utilities processes and equipment.
• Compliance experience with Cal-OSHA, EPA, PSM and other codes/regulations.
• 2+ years of Food & Beverage experience.
• CMMS experience is essential for maintenance operations and reliability programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance leadership team and drive capital projects, KPIs and reliability strategy.
• Mentor and develop the maintenance department and promote a culture of safety and trust.
• Oversee equipment reliability, plant availability and corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for maintenance, parts, utilities and contractors.
• Collaborate with peers, vendors and regulators to ensure compliant, efficient operations.
• Audit maintenance data systems and drive standardized procedures and policies.
• Serve as Emergency Coordinator/Incident Commander when needed.
