Bachoco USA is seeking a Maintenance & Refrigeration Manager in Muldrow, OK. This role oversees maintenance and refrigeration supervisors and crews, drives improvements in equipment and processes, and ensures compliance with safety and industry codes.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and substantial related experience, along with strong budgeting, project management, and leadership skills to optimize production performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; or seven to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to qualify for the company as a pool driver.
• Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of problems; read schematics and drawings.

Mansioni

• Directs maintenance and refrigeration operations and supervises supervisors and crewmembers.
• Completes the labor budget.
• Oversees the Preventive Maintenance Program and maintenance work orders.
• Oversees Process Safety Management (Ammonia Refrigeration) and boiler operations.
• Oversees facility and equipment, oversees projects and contractors.
• Ensures OHSA, IIAR, and NEC codes are upheld.
• Monitors production downtime and safety programs; oversees training.
