Bachoco USA in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift in the Further Processing facility. You will supervise up to 8 employees including a lead mechanic and drive improvements in equipment and processes to boost production performance.

Responsibilities include overseeing the Preventive Maintenance Program, safety compliance, coordinating with Refrigeration Operators and Contractors, maintaining records, and ensuring projects are completed safely and on time.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• Two to three years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Ensure safety of personnel and equipment.
• Coordinate with Refrigeration Operators and Contractors.
• Work with Maintenance Manager on projects.
• Maintain training and log records.
• Lead, coach and evaluate maintenance staff and drive improvements.
