Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis and Lebanon, Indiana, seeks a Lead Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to oversee maintenance planning and craft scheduling across the facility. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a cGMP environment.

You will manage CMMS tools (IBM Maximo, BMRAM, SAP PM), create and update maintenance and calibration plans, and coordinate with plant operations to ensure parts are available and PMs are completed on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance planning and scheduling in FDA-regulated industry.
• Strong CMMS knowledge and maintenance planning expertise.
• Ability to work with operators and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance, calibration, and repair work for the assigned area.
• Maintain backlog and ensure proper documentation per job plan.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure parts availability and minimize scheduling conflicts.
• Promote safety and quality compliance in all maintenance activities.
