Job summary

Dexterra is seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to plan, coordinate and schedule maintenance for a large-scale workforce accommodation site. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and interfaces with clients, Dexterra teams, and third-party vendors.

It operates on an onsite rotation with meals and lodging provided where applicable. The position emphasizes preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance planning and requires strong CMMS experience and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree is required.
• Journeyman tradesperson status or equivalent experience.
• Experience with camp facilities and equipment.
• Proficient with CMMS (Maintenance Connection or Maximo) and databases.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and coordinate teams.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance planning activities and assign work.
• Create and manage work orders, schedules, and priorities.
• Coordinate labor, parts, and equipment for maintenance.
• Collaborate with maintenance superintendents, camp managers and vendors.
• Analyze PM data to improve asset inspection plans.
• Prepare cost estimates and assist with budgeting.
• Ensure schedules align with client expectations and deadlines.
