Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to report to the Maintenance Manager at a large-scale workforce accommodation site (500-4000+ rooms). You will plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance activities across Dexterra assets, interfacing with clients, hospitality management, the purchasing team, and vendors.

This onsite role operates on rotations (e.g., 14/14, 21/10, or 28/14). Meals and accommodations are provided during rotations.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree, or journeyman status.
• Experience with camp facilities and equipment.
• CMMS knowledge (Maintenance Connection or Maximo) is an asset.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.
• Ability to lead meetings and manage priorities.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and administer day-to-day maintenance planning and determine who should perform the work.
• Assign priority to work orders and create maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate labour, equipment, parts and materials to support maintenance tasks.
• Advise management on status of work in progress and potential problems.
• Collaborate with maintenance leadership to determine preventive maintenance needs.
• Identify assets for preventive maintenance based on location and CMMS data.
• Create work orders and set schedule/due dates; ensure proper closure.
• Analyze PM data to refine asset inspection plans for the next year.
• Assist with third party quotes, estimates and billing information.
