Job summary

ASR Group in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Maintenance Senior Planner to improve productivity through preventive planning and coordination of parts, machine time, and labor. The role oversees other Planners and serves as the liaison between operations and maintenance for planned work, ensuring data and documentation support reporting and closeout.

Responsibilities include leading weekly meetings, validating requests, and coordinating resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BS/BA degree in a related field from an accredited college/university preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance planning and scheduling preferred.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment with multiple crafts (mechanical, electrical, etc.) required.

Responsibilities

• Principal contact between Maintenance and operations teams (refinery and packaging).
• Lead weekly meetings with Operations and Maintenance to discuss needs.
• Review and screen work requests for clarity and plan steps with appropriate stakeholders.
• Obtain blueprints, drawings, manuals, and procedures to clarify work orders.
