Qualifications

• Journeyman Pipefitter or AS in Applied Science with emphasis in Pipefitting/Equipment mechanics.
• Minimum 5–7 years as Maintenance Pipefitter in manufacturing; FDA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP guidelines and piping specifications; Welding capability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plant equipment problems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Conduct routine repairs to mechanical equipment as per instructions and safety procedures.
• Conduct safety observations and PPE requirements as needed.
• Maintain and inspect equipment; perform piping installations and modifications.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems.
• Complete pre-task analyses and production machine set-ups and change-overs.
