Job summary

Amneal is seeking a senior maintenance professional in New Jersey to ensure optimal performance of production equipment across multiple trades, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic. You will troubleshoot, repair, and plan maintenance to support cost-efficient operations.

The role requires strong electrical and PLC diagnostics skills, blueprint interpretation, and the ability to lead maintenance activities with safety and quality in mind. On-site position with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of troubleshooting equipment in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on compression and encapsulation equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting including PLC diagnostics and mechanical repairs.
• Identify required materials, equipment, parts and supplies for maintenance tasks.
• Interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams to perform repairs accurately.
• Prepare recommended parts lists for manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure safety protocols while performing preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with production for on-time solutions.
• Train maintenance personnel for maximum productivity.
• Maintain equipment manuals, warranties and tool inventories.
• Review work orders to ensure proper documentation.
