Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building utilities diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility infrastructure and utility equipment.
• Conduct plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks to ensure operable facilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for service delivery.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and comply with cGMP-related documentation.
