Job summary

Kershaw Equipment L.L.C. seeks an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to service and repair production equipment in a compliant, safety‑minded environment. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities include repair of down equipment, documentation of work, and operation of forklifts/cranes. OSHA 10 and PLC familiarity are preferred. This role is on-site with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Industrial Maintenance Mechanic with 2–5 years of experience or technical certifications in mechanics.
• Knowledge in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and machining.
• Familiarity with LOTO and SDS and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment per Preventive Maintenance program.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
• Repair emergency and proactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment as needed.
• Document maintenance results and complete required paperwork.
