Job summary

Par Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced facilities technician to maintain and repair a broad range of building, mechanical, piping, and electrical systems supporting office, lab, and pilot-scale drug product development in Webster Groves, MO.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement aligned with cGMP practices, with a focus on safety and reliability in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational School Certification preferred.
• 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in facilities or lab maintenance.
• Knowledge of cGMP and good laboratory practices in R&D environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and related building systems.
• Maintain instrumentation, electrical and motor controls, and PLCs.
• Read electrical schematics and NEC, and perform electrical troubleshooting.
• Execute preventive maintenance using Maximo and document work orders.
• Support capital projects and coordinate with outside contractors.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and plant training requirements.
