Job summary

We Pack It All is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to keep our food processing equipment in optimal condition. The role requires proof of strong electrical and mechanical skills in a fast-paced plant, including the ability to inspect, troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment and systems.

Responsibilities include rebuilding gearboxes and motors, installing production equipment, following preventive maintenance procedures, and reading schematics to diagnose issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years in maintenance within a food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and program basic controls (VFDs).

Responsibilities

• Rebuild gearboxes, power drives, AC motors and replace mechanical parts.
• Install production equipment and service automated lines.
• Repair/rebuild pneumatic cylinders and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, read piping diagrams and identify components.
