Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3 years experience in maintenance and repair of buildings, plumbing, or mechanical equipment preferred.
• Driver's license valid and in-state, with acceptable driving record.
• Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, operates, and repairs electric motors, generators, and related electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Maintains lighting, plumbing, HVAC systems and components such as boilers, piping, and valves.
• Performs a variety of construction, installation, repair and alterations to masonry, roofing, flooring, and carpentry.
• Operates power tools and equipment, and documents preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintains records, logs readings, and reports all data on equipment and maintenance progress.
