Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Maintenance Mechanic in Maribel, WI to diagnose and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support production goals in a fast-paced food facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (food/beverage preferred).
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (bearings, conveyors, drive systems, pumps).
• Working knowledge of electrical systems (motors, wiring, controls; 480V preferred).
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read schematics/technical drawings.
• Welding/fabrication experience a plus; PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
• Able to work off-shifts independently; multi-craft capability valued.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and processing equipment.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and support production goals.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, including motors, sensors, relays, and control panels.
• Assist with setup, changeovers, and adjustments to production lines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Perform basic welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records in CMMS (if applicable).
• Follow GMP, OSHA, and plant safety regulations.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.

Salary: $30 - $40 per hour
