Job summary

The Bergaila Companies seek a Maintenance Material Coordinator V for a major industrial project in Sabine Pass, TX. You will link operations with procurement to ensure seamless materials flow for critical maintenance activities.

You will leverage SAP, Prometheus, and P-6 planning tools, manage inventory, and support after-hours procurement as needed at a large facility in the oil, gas, or LNG sector.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in large production facilities (oil, gas, chemical, or LNG).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of MOC processes and procurement in regulated settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, staging, and availability of maintenance materials on site.
• Expedite requests and optimize inventory to support maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with warehouse, engineering, and operations to improve reliability and project success.
