Job summary

The Bergaila Companies are seeking an I&E Maintenance Planner IV in Sabine Pass, TX to lead the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities for pipeline and petrochemical facilities. You will develop outage plans and detailed job packs using SAP S/4HANA, coordinating with project teams and operations to ensure safe, efficient work sequences.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in regulated maintenance, strong SAP S/4HANA skills, and the ability to manage look-ahead schedules while supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of maintenance planning in Petrochemical/O&G or similar regulated environment.
• Extensive SAP S/4HANA proficiency and planning/scheduling expertise.
• Ability to develop outage plans and use planning tools.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and TWIC card; local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling of project, turnaround, and maintenance activities.
• Develop detailed job packs and outage plans using SAP S/4HANA and other tools.
• Coordinate with project teams, operations, and maintenance personnel to create efficient work schedules.
• Manage look-ahead schedules and balance projects with expendures and upgrades.
• Oversee work order development, documentation, and material requirements with vendors.
• Monitor schedule compliance, analyze deviations, and generate KPI reports.
• Support CMMS modules and contribute to procedures and training.
