The successful candidate will lead site maintenance programs, driving reliability improvements, safety, and cost control within a manufacturing environment. 6–10+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience and a Mechanical Engineering degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 6-10+ years’ experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Travel 10% and willingness to travel.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities including preventive, predictive (PdM) and corrective maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies; mitigate downtime and reliability risks.
• Measure and report maintenance KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, cost, and schedule compliance.
