AMVAC’s Axis, Alabama chemical plant seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee safe, efficient operations and lead production personnel. You will coordinate daily activities, manage manpower, ensure quality and safety, and drive KPIs while coordinating with multiple departments.

Local candidates with chemical manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and ability to pass pre-employment checks are preferred. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vocational/Technical or related degree preferred.
• HAZWOPER certification required (40 hours).
• AIDT training is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise production personnel and coordinate manpower across areas.
• Plan daily production activities to meet schedules and KPIs.
• Coach employees and support development; evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with QC, SOPs, and product specs.
